One 2 hour online module
Core Skills
Take the first steps to develop your skills as negotiator.
1 day face to face or 2 half day online modules
Training and coaching on best practice when planning for and conducting negotiations is given. You will then plan for and carry out a live negotiation. This will be video recorded, replayed, analysed and critiqued. The emphasis will be on application to your real world situation.
Advanced Skills
Develop your skills to the level of an accomplished negotiator.
2 days face to face or 4 half days online
Detailed training and coaching is provided on best practice when planning, exercising more control when face to face, moving things forward and successfully concluding negotiations. You will participate in 3 rounds of planning for carrying out live negotiations. These will be video recorded, replayed, analysed and critiqued. The emphasis will be on application to your real world situation.
Custom tools and guides to support your on going negotiation journey are provided.
Coaching
Coaching, both during and after the training, provides personalised guidance, tailored to the organisation’s and individual participant’s unique needs. Work one-on-one with us to identify challenges and develop effective negotiation strategies and tactics.
